Job Overview

Strategic Talent Partner seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Enterprise Solutions Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and service businesses in various geographies.

About the Role
  • Develop and refine strategies to drive business growth, working closely with vertical heads and product teams.
  • Manage a significant P&L of approximately 85 Crore, ensuring efficient cost management and revenue maximization.
  • Acquire and onboard SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises as paid members, fostering strong relationships and driving customer engagement.
  • Design and execute annual operating plans, focusing on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
  • Minimize investment by effectively managing the cost of acquisition (COCA) and promoting customer renewals and subscription to higher value solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Hire, train, and retain a high-performing team to advise clients on their digital business promotion strategy and build lasting relationships.
  2. Develop performance metrics, incentive structures, sales promotion schemes, and monitor key parameters to increase overall productivity.
  3. Establish strong cross-functional connections with stakeholders to ensure seamless employee and supplier lifecycle management, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
  4. Collaborate with the product team to define product improvement plans and feature bundling to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales & marketing, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience in meeting CXOs/owners/promoters, making product presentations, negotiating commercial aspects, closing sales, maintaining relationships, and presenting progress reports.
  • Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills.
  • MBA from a top-tier college is preferred.
Estimated Salary

Approximately ₹85,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
