As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various sectors.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in talent acquisition, organizational culture development, employee onboarding, and performance management. You will work closely with our executive leadership to define and promote a positive company culture aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, and Business Development sectors.
  • Utilize HR software (specifically SAP) to streamline hiring processes and maintain candidate databases.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure a strong cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and promote a positive company culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Design and implement feedback systems for employees to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment that supports diversity and employee well-being.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Create programs for continuous employee development, performance management, and career progression.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and employee satisfaction surveys to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports on HR initiatives and outcomes for executive review.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing recruitment strategies and improving employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

Other Information

This role requires occasional travel to different plants and offices, but we also offer flexible remote work options to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
