About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative visionary who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building innovative marketing campaigns to attract viewers.

The Senior Creative Leader will lead the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns for Amazon MX Player's new show slate. This includes leading brainstorming sessions, developing and overseeing creative concepts, shaping and evolving the brand, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership:
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to shape campaigns and bring the brand to life.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of creative concepts for the marketing of upcoming shows, focusing on breaking through the clutter and building strong viewer interest.
  • Brand Development:
  • Shape and evolve the brand, ensuring it resonates with the growing and diverse user base in India.
  • Campaign Strategy:
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute high-impact campaigns that will resonate with users and boost viewership.
  • Analyze audience behaviour, TV/video viewership patterns, and user data to develop strategies that attract and retain viewers.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, with a focus on driving insights and influencing business decisions.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with SQL to extract and manipulate data.
  • Experience with business recommendations, utilizing data to influence key stakeholders and decisions.
