Workday Analyst (Payroll) Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Job

As a Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Workday system. This includes setting up new users, managing security settings, and ensuring data integrity.

You will also work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs.

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules such as payroll, benefits, and time-off management.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve errors in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT industry.
  • Experience working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday.
  • Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory).
  • Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above-mentioned application based on client specifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously or experience of working for large enterprise clients.
  • Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful.
  • Strong communication skills.
