Security Solutions Specialist

The Solutions Specialist will drive sales growth and expand market presence for security services. This role requires strong client relationship skills, a deep understanding of the security industry, and ability to develop strategies to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in security services sector (manned guarding, CCTV, access control, alarm systems, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (corporates, government entities, real estate developers, facility management companies, etc.).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to design customized security solutions for clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Security Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in security services or facility management industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive market.
  • Strong knowledge of security solutions (manned guarding, electronic security, integrated systems).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of contract structures and pricing models.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
