Export Trade Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Export Trade Manager with a strong background in managing international trade operations to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage exports from multiple production bases to global destinations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and stockists across regions, fostering strong partnerships and driving sales revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing models, and consumer insights to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and achieve organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in international trade management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade laws, EXIM policies, documentation, and compliance procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage large export sales portfolios and build distributor/stockist networks.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems under pressure.
