Key Account Manager Job Overview

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead our strategic client management initiatives across multiple dimensions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Client Management: Oversee support mechanisms, systems, and tools for industry clients to drive business growth.
  • Full Customer Lifecycle Management: Develop and manage account relationships, monitor client status, prevent churn, and recover lost opportunities.
  • Business Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop account segmentation strategies, plan peak season strategies, and execute organizational initiatives.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration and Execution: Collaborate with business regions and operations departments to align, integrate, and implement corporate HQ and functional team initiatives.
  • Tender Participation and Business Decision Support: Participate in client bidding processes and provide strategic input on key business decisions.
  • Project Operations and Exception Handling: Monitor daily operations of KA projects, handle major issues, and manage client requirements.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Strong English proficiency is required for internal and external communication.
  • Industry and Client Experience: Prior experience working with large enterprises is preferred, especially those in telecom/high-tech or footwear & apparel industries.
  • Warehouse/Logistics Experience: Candidates with warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience will be given preference.
