Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and onboarding processes
  • Foster positive employee relations by handling grievances and performance management in a fair and consistent manner
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organizational objectives
  • Oversight of various HR management tasks, such as benefits administration, payroll, and time-off management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong HR Management and Operations skills
  • Experience in handling Employee Relations and HR Policy development
  • Thorough knowledge of Human Resources practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
