Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

This role involves overseeing the development of ServiceNow capabilities, including practice building, solution architecting, capability building, business pursuit management, operations, and delivery management.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience in IT services, with the last 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leader role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate industry expertise and understand the ServiceNow ecosystem, company, and product roadmap.
  • Drive delivery success, including client implementation, high customer satisfaction, and strong client focus.
  • Build capability through expertise on new product areas, thought leadership, and innovative insights for customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create proactive client propositions, deliver reactive client propositions, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Talent planning, acquisition, and deployment, as well as employee experience and financial operational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Strong revenue and cost management expertise.
  • Experience in handling global responsibility and multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills.
