We're looking for a sales professional who's passionate about enterprise sales and has a knack for building strong relationships with customers. As a Business Development Manager, you'll work closely with our Regional Sales Head and collaborate with the sales team to showcase Bizom's impact in the CPG and FMCG industry. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, selling smart, tracking sales activities, developing growth strategies, and finding new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation - Generate new leads, build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using various methods
• Sell Smart, Sell Well - Serve customers by selling products, schedule meetings and presentations, develop quotes and proposals, and negotiate closures
• Tracking - Track all sales activities in our CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Plannings & Reportings - Develop a growth strategy with quarter and month plans
• New Markets - Find and develop new markets and improve sales
• Referrals - Build rapport and take out referrals from existing clients
Requirements:
