**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Sales & Distribution Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide extensive experience and techno-functional skills to support issues in the JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module.
  • Support interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive pay, and Labelling solutions is desirable.
  • Understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes.
  • Application testing for all system changes and projects.
  • Knowledge transfer and other support-related activities.
  • Second-level support for resolving service requests and system defects.
  • Involve in the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects.
  • Review and approve root cause analysis, workarounds, and support documentation.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving complex issues.
  • Interact with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call.
  • Resolving all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged through the Help desk.
  • Regular interaction with JDE development and CNC Admin support teams.
  • Own support tickets pertaining to their respective Modules till closure.
  • Provide on-call support after business hours for high-severity issues.
  • Experience in working on JDE projects with onsite-offshore models for Application Development and support.

  • Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module.
  • Techno-functional skills to support issues.
  • Ability to understand highly customized Manufacturing Accounting processes.
  • Application testing and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
