
Sales and Distribution Leader

The Area Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance and ensuring product availability across the designated geography. As an end-to-end responsible professional, this individual must navigate multiple facets of the business.
- Strategize and implement distributor management practices, including mapping, appointment, and operations to optimize sales results.
- Motivate channel partners to foster involved and evolved business relationships.
- Implement process creation and adherence for timely supply to retailers, coupled with inventory management at both distributors and overall geography.
Growth Management encompasses quarterly/monthly sales progression, ensuring weekly flightening and availability of all SKUs. The incumbent is also responsible for NPD development & growth, CFA management, and sales operation. Furthermore, they must ensure all basics of distribution (productivity, ECO, LPPC etc.) are in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales & distribution in FMCG Industry.
- In-depth geography knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
