Sales and Marketing Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Consultant to drive comprehensive marketing campaigns, analyze success rates, and maintain a strong social media presence.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's online reputation through engaging content and interactions with followers.
  • Create, curate, and manage internal generated content to showcase expertise and thought leadership.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various methods, including lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Design and implement processes to effectively market existing candidate databases to current and prospective clients.
  • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to close deals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in sales or marketing.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and measure the success of digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of current SEO, PR, and SEM best practices.
  • Demonstrable skills in positioning and selling solutions to multiple stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for business purposes.
  • Experience in recruitment is an asset but not mandatory.
