Work Details
  • Location: Perumbakkam, Chennai (Work from office only )a
  • Requirements: Must own laptop & cellphone (company number provided)
  • Training Provided: CRM tools, technical training, culture training, sales tools, processes & systems
  • Experience: Prior sales experience mandatory (Setters can be considered if communication skills are strong) Strong knowledge about Digital Marketing (and/or) AI

Must-Have Requirements
  • Fluent in English & Tamil
  • Highly trainable, process-driven, and eager to perform
  • Strong learning mindset and hunger to grow
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (EdTech preferred)
  • CRM knowledge & strong communication skills
  • Proficiency/Experience in Digital Marketing and/or AI
Responsibilities
  • Handle video calls, schedule effectively, and close deals
  • Follow up, manage the sales pipeline, and consolidate data
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth operations
  • Negotiate with senior executives and deliver results
