Job Title: Diesel Generator Sales Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement sales strategies for diesel generators.

About the Role:

  • Sales & Business Development:

    Identify potential clients in key industries such as construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, and commercial facilities.

    Generate leads, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close sales deals to meet or surpass sales targets.

  • Spare Parts Sales & Technical Support:

    Manage inquiries and sales for diesel generator spare parts, focusing on genuine and OEM components.

    Offer expert guidance to clients on part compatibility, usage, and stock availability.

  • Market Analysis & Expansion:

    Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine product positioning.

    Identify opportunities in new and emerging sectors or geographies.

  • Technical Liaison:

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless installation, commissioning, and handover of generator systems.

    Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on sales experience in diesel generator sales.
  • Education:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency:In-depth knowledge of diesel generators, control systems, and genuine spare parts.
  • Sales Skills:Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
