Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team at 3S Data Cloud. This role will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Develop new leads and maintain existing relationships with customers
- Communicate with customers through phone and email to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
- Keep up-to-date with product and service information and updates
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates can apply for the position
- Previous experience 0-2 years in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to achieve targets
