Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Kanerika Software. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing and sales efforts. You will be responsible for pitching our tech value proposition to companies in the US, EMEA, and India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch our tech value proposition to companies in the US, EMEA, and India
- Identify organizations that are likely to be our customers via smart and innovative market research and industry intelligence
- Identify relevant stakeholders in prospective organizations leveraging established tools and techniques
- Participate in the sales pursuit process and accelerate the conversion of leads into strategic customers
- Conduct smart campaigns based on the season and theme to various prospect markets across the globe to generate new leads
- Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
- Do regular follow-ups with prospects that show interest in our products and services
- Schedule tele-con/meetings for the sales team with prospects
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule pre-sales discussions and ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client relationship skills
- Passionate towards marketing and sales, willing to take on challenges and meet targets consistently
- Graduate in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing will be preferred
- Passing percentage of 65% and higher
- Inquisitiveness to do industry research and market intelligence to generate leads
- Hunger to grow at a rapid pace and help grow the organization
- Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter, ability to work with senior leadership with little or no guidance
- Positive and a can-do attitude
