Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Kanerika Software. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing and sales efforts, leveraging your excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch our tech services value proposition to companies in the US, EMEA, and India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch our tech services value proposition to companies in the US, EMEA, and India
  • Identify organizations (software vendors, enterprises) that are likely to be our customers via smart and innovative market research and industry intelligence
  • Identify relevant stakeholders in prospective organizations leveraging established tools and techniques
  • Be part of the sales pursuits process and accelerate the process of turning leads into strategic customers via market intelligence and industry research
  • Conduct smart campaigns based on the season and theme to various prospect markets across the globe to generate new leads
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
  • Do regular follow-ups with prospects that show interest in our products and services
  • Schedule tele-con/meetings for the sales team with prospects
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule pre-sales discussions and ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong client relationship skills
  • Passionate towards marketing and sales, willing to take on challenges and meet targets consistently
  • Graduate in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing will be preferred
  • Passing percentage of 65% and higher
  • Inquisitiveness to do industry research and market intelligence to generate leads
  • Hunger to grow at a rapid pace and help grow the organization
  • Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-starter, ability to work with senior leadership with little or no guidance
  • Positive and a can-do attitude
