We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the entire recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management with utmost care.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, training, and performance management.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Procure office supplies, stationery, and other essential items.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
- Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
- Prepare administrative and HR reports to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Requirements:- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in HR and office administration, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
