Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets.

About the Role:

  • This position requires managing the full lifecycle of e-learning content projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare comprehensive project maps and resource allocation plans.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client interactions is crucial in this role.
  • Developing and implementing project management templates and leading process improvement initiatives will be key responsibilities.
  • Overseeing and tracking key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—is essential for success.
  • Monitoring and managing project budgets to ensure cost control is vital.
  • Closely coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth execution and alignment is necessary.
  • Reviewing deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards is a critical task.
  • Providing strategic and technical inputs to meet evolving customer requirements will be important.
  • Conducting team appraisals and identifying training needs will be part of the role.
  • Preparing and reviewing MIS reports for senior management will also be required.
  • Sharing project learnings and best practices through knowledge-sharing sessions will be beneficial.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Open to feedback.
  • Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working within a virtual team.
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools.
