- Job Title: People Operations & Benefits Administrator
We are seeking a skilled benefits administrator to support the end-to-end administration of our US and Canada employee benefits programs. As a key individual contributor, you will manage benefit operations, vendor communications, invoicing, compliance reporting, and system management.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless benefits delivery, handle employee queries, vendor escalations, and troubleshooting. You will also oversee reconciliations, enrollments, and payroll elements, as well as ensure compliance with US (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) and Canadian provincial benefits requirements.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate individual who has 4-7 years of experience in benefits operations, strong HRIS expertise, and proven skills in compliance, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
