Job Title: Night Shift Ticketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in airline ticketing and travel services, with a strong understanding of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and excellent communication skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Shift Ticketing Coordinator to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours. The successful candidate will have experience handling client queries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ticketing Operations:

a. Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.

b. Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.

c. Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.

2. Customer Support:

a. Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.

b. Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.

· Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.

Working Hours:

Sunday to Friday: 06:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight
