Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Professional to join our team as a Travel Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for geography, with a strong knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing bookings, providing information on products and services, handling refunds and cancellations, and coordinating ticket issuance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing domestic and international flight bookings
• Providing information on visa requirements, forex, health regulations, and insurance
• Handling refund and cancellation of domestic/international air tickets
• Coordinating ticket issuance with proper deal codes and bonus miles
• Following communication scripts when handling different topics
• Coordinating with clients, implant teams, and servicing teams
• Assisting in follow-up with invoicing and recoveries
• Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions or alternatives
• Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills and active listening
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems and GDS systems
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• Passionate interest in geography and strong domestic and international travel knowledge
• Ability to assimilate information and pay close attention to accuracy and detail

Benefits and Requirements:

• Graduate degree with Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred
• Total 3-5 years of relevant experience with a travel management company
