Job Title: Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to resident faculty and visiting faculty, ensuring the smooth functioning of the department.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a B.Tech/BCA degree.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist visiting and resident faculty with administrative tasks (30% time commitment)
  • Support travel, accommodation, and F&B arrangements (30% time commitment)
  • Ensure timely final honorarium payment invoices and ticket settlements (15% time commitment)
  • Raise POs, process invoices for course-related expenditures (15% time commitment)
  • Support in departmental activities, including stationery procurement and BAZ (10% time commitment)
  • Key Performance Indicators:
  • Error-free course packs compiled
  • Timely bookings and follow-ups
  • Timely submission of payment documents and follow-ups
  • Layouts created for core and elective courses
