Lead eLearning Technology Innovations

We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager to spearhead our eLearning technology initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in content development.

  • eLearning Visionary: Foster a culture of continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest technologies, authoring tools, and industry standards to propel team growth and success.
  • Performance Optimization: Oversee the performance of the Content Technologies team, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and optimal resource allocation.
  • Workload Balance: Maintain equilibrium among team members and project managers to guarantee efficient project delivery and productivity.
  • Promoting Business Growth: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to contribute to presales efforts, fostering business expansion through expertise and strategic partnerships.
  • LMS & eLearning Expertise: Provide authoritative knowledge of various LMS platforms, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with SCORM, xAPI, and other industry standards.
  • Rapid Authoring Tools Proficiency: Leverage expertise in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, and others to support content development and delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • 8-15+ years of experience in eLearning content technologies, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise of course authoring in multiple LMS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with rapid authoring tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and other eLearning compliance standards.
