Job Opportunity: Senior Manager">

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Content Technologies to lead our eLearning technology initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), rapid authoring tools, and eLearning standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for upskilling the team on the latest technologies, ensuring a balanced workload among team members and project managers, and actively contributing to presales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include Technology Leadership & Upskilling: keeping the team updated on the latest advancements in eLearning technologies, conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance their technical competencies.

Additionally, the role involves Performance Monitoring & Team Management: overseeing the performance of the Content Technologies team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing mentorship and guidance to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Other responsibilities include Workload Management: maintaining a balance between team members and project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and project delivery.

Also, Presales & Business Growth: collaborating with sales and business development teams to contribute to presales efforts, including creating technical proposals, demonstrating eLearning solutions, and consulting with clients on content technology needs.

In-depth knowledge of various LMS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with SCORM, xAPI, and other industry standards is also required.

Furthermore, Rapid Authoring Tools Proficiency: leveraging expertise in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, and others to support content development and delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: working closely with instructional designers, developers, and project managers to ensure content technologies align with instructional goals and client requirements.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: ensuring all eLearning content adheres to industry best practices, accessibility guidelines, and organizational quality standards.

Automation & AI: advancing team knowledge and skills and executing tasks using automation and AI where appropriate to remain future fit.

Required Qualifications & Experience include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, 8-15+ years of experience in eLearning content technologies, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Additional qualifications include strong expertise of course authoring in multiple LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).

Hands-on experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, and similar platforms is also necessary.

Proven track record of mentoring and upskilling teams in eLearning technologies is also essential.

Experience in presales support, including estimations, proposal development and client consultation is also required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities are also necessary.
