Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills enhancement.

- Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent development goals.

- Collaborate with business leaders and HR to identify learning needs and create tailored learning solutions.

- Manage end-to-end learning project lifecycle, including needs assessment, content creation, delivery, and evaluation.

- Drive the adoption of modern learning technologies and digital learning platforms (e-learning, LMS, mobile learning).

- Mentor and manage a team of learning specialists and trainers to ensure high-quality program delivery.

- Monitor and analyze learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously innovate learning initiatives.

- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party training providers when required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in learning and development, preferably in leadership or managerial roles.

- Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery methodologies.

- Experience in managing large-scale learning programs and using Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Proven ability to design leadership development and competency-based learning programs.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Familiarity with digital learning tools, e-learning authoring tools, and virtual classroom technologies.

- Analytical mindset with experience measuring learning impact and ROI.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in Learning & Development (e. , CPLP, CPTM) or related credentials.

- Experience in change management and organizational development.

- Exposure to corporate compliance and regulatory training programs
