Lead IT Innovator

  • This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can conceptualize and develop ground-breaking solutions using innovative technologies.
About the Role

The position of Lead IT Innovator involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify areas where technology can drive business growth and improvement. You will design and implement scalable solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, or IoT.

You will work closely with our team to define technical architectures that align with business objectives, industry best practices, and security standards. Your expertise in solution architecture frameworks and methodologies will be valuable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conceptualize and develop innovative solutions using emerging technologies
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  3. Design and develop scalable solutions that leverage emerging technologies
  4. Define technical architectures and ensure alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and security standards
  5. Lead the evaluation and selection of technology platforms, tools, and frameworks to support innovation initiatives
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the solution implementation process
  7. Conduct research and analysis to assess the feasibility and potential impact of new technologies and solutions
  8. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for innovation projects
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team
  10. Participate in innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative activities to generate and refine ideas
  11. Mentor and coach team members on solution architecture best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing, microservices architecture, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with solution architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Proficient in programming languages and frameworks relevant to innovation projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
