You will champion best practice, working with designers to create innovative work that brings ideas to life. With exceptional interactive design skills and a deep understanding of emerging technologies, you will inspire both teams and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Creative Execution: Meet high standards for creative execution.
  • Project Oversight: Manage one to multiple projects and work streams.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with clients to explore new opportunities and projects.
  • External Initiatives: Contribute to external initiatives and promote the agency.
  • Team Inspiration: Inspire the rest of the studio through initiative and best practices.
  • Global Travel: Occasionally travel to client sites globally.
  • Team Management: Manage, mentor, and line manage the team for regular 1-2-1s and reviews.

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience in an agency or product design business.
  • Experience managing teams and coaching others.
  • Experience inspiring leadership members.
  • Senior stakeholder management and growth of client accounts.
  • Expertise in Adobe CS products, Figma, and Sketch.
