We are seeking an accomplished Medical Strategy Leader to spearhead innovative healthcare solutions and drive impactful therapies to those who need them most.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for developing and executing strategic medical plans aligned with global objectives, ensuring cutting-edge treatments reach patients efficiently. You will co-develop integrated evidence strategies to improve patient outcomes, represent the organization in scientific forums and publications, and lead cross-functional collaboration to guarantee compliant and impactful medical activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local medical strategies
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant and impactful medical activities
  • Provide expert medical input on pipeline programs and approved brands
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify strategic drivers
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in health sciences (MBBS, MD, BDS, PhD, or PharmD)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong clinical and research background
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
