Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Leader to drive the development and launch of our healthcare products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Liaise with technology development resources to ensure effective communication and company readiness.
  • Participate in sprint planning discussions to refine product backlogs.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-10 years of product experience in the US healthcare domain.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of envisioning future product direction.
  • Prior product management experience is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in technology and healthcare product platforms is mandatory.
  • Able to understand and communicate product vision and drive details.
  • Proficient in English and Malayalam languages.
