Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Analyst

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our investment analysis group, you will be responsible for underwriting new deals, building financial models, and providing strategic insights to support our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex Excel-based pro forma models to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Underwriting & Deal Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses of potential investments, ensuring strong financial validation and alignment with our company's objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and inform investment decisions.
  • Asset Management Support: Monitor portfolio performance, compile detailed reports, and drive asset management strategies to optimize returns.
  • Investor Communications: Prepare clear and concise investor updates, using strong written English to ensure transparency and confidence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years in CRE underwriting/investment analysis, supported by a strong accounting and finance foundation.
  • Hospitality Expertise: Prior experience in hospitality real estate with a clear grasp of key metrics (P&L, REVPAR, ADR, occupancy).
  • Asset Management: Proven ability to monitor asset performance and compile reports that drive strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written English skills for crafting nuanced, investor-focused updates and communications.
  • Proactivity & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies for evolving market conditions and drive business growth.
