Key Responsibilities: Senior Analyst Role

You will play a pivotal role in driving our investment strategy and asset management. Your expertise will be crucial in managing and streamlining various high-impact projects and decisions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite and locate investment opportunities using market comparables to determine accurate rent, value, and initial bid price.
  • Underwrite each piece of property build including rent, capex, HOA, property taxes and as-repaired values with high accuracy.
  • Participate in the acquisition of single-family homes by tracking assets through various phases of the deal lifecycle.

You will apply your knowledge of market nuances to underwriting and contribute to revenue management pricing and strategy for our existing portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Specialty focus in Real Estate or Finance preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in underwriting, brokerage, or real estate disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Top-ranked performer with a track record of success (academic, professional).
  • Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with professionals.
