Key Fundraising and Valuation Role

We are seeking an experienced fundraising and valuation specialist to join our team.

About the Job
  • The successful candidate will drive the Series A fundraising process with venture capital firms, family offices, and high net worth individuals across India and overseas.
  • They will build and maintain strong investor relationships and outreach pipelines, developing valuation models, financial projections, and Series A investor decks.
  • Responsibilities also include overseeing due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring, as well as partnering with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
  • The ideal candidate will provide financial and strategic insights to enhance company valuation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity is required.
  • The successful candidate must have a proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring are essential, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
