We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated professionals to join our team based in India.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and audit financial models for multifamily, office, industrial, and retail asset classes.
  • Build and review lease abstracts, perform cash flow and rent roll analysis.
  • Conduct valuations for commercial real estate properties using income capitalization approach.
  • Prepare pitch books and discussion documents related to various industries.
  • Screen potential targets and buyers using databases like Argus, Costar, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket, and FactSet.

Meet project timelines and quality standards to ensure high client satisfaction.

Develop new capabilities and research products, structuring deliverables and managing relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-Graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Investment banking or commercial real estate valuation.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess economic performance and industries for clients.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in client handling.
  • Working knowledge of databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Research, and FactSet.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
