Job Title: Senior Digital Growth Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to drive app revenue growth for our client in Bengaluru. This is a 6-12 month contract position with a competitive salary of ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,250,000 per year.

Our client is a pioneering brand that aims to influence the way people approach nutrition by bringing healthy and flavorful produce to the market. They are part of an ongoing journey to create sustainable farms and meet the growing need for complete and convenient nutrition.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve consistent Month-on-Month (MoM) revenue stability and strengthen customer retention to minimize churn.
- Drive annual growth from both existing and new customers, scaling the client's app revenue beyond ₹15 Cr/month sustainably.
- Develop personalized retention workflows using push notifications, SMS, and email for win-back campaigns, upselling, and cross-selling relevant products to active users.
- Optimize the app's UX for seamless ordering and reordering, address delivery issues and product quality concerns swiftly with a robust feedback mechanism.
- Enhance Average Order Value (AOV) through easy-to-apply hacks like combo packs at checkout and scale app-exclusive subscriptions for essentials with custom delivery preferences.
- Implement hyper-targeted campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic ads for geographies with high dairy consumption.
- Use machine learning to predict churn risk and high-LTV customers, offer targeted promotions for high-risk users, and set up real-time dashboards tracking revenue metrics, churn, and retention performance.
- Regularly survey customers to identify product gaps or improvements and provide growth reporting and KPI tracking to the core marketing team.
Requirements:
- Masters in Business Administration from a reputed college into Marketing or Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Experience working as a Growth Marketing Specialist.
- Expertise in cohort analysis, RFM segmentation, and deriving actionable insights.
- Proficient in optimizing app UX/UI and implementing effective feedback systems.
- Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, and hyper-targeted campaigns.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, churn prediction, and real-time performance tracking.
