Job Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.

  • Develop detailed functional requirements to facilitate seamless development activities.
  • Translate client expectations into actionable, tailored specifications that cater to their specific needs.
  • Educate development teams on functional requirements, ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives.

Validation and Quality Assurance:

  • Establish a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track acceptance criteria for each test level.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of test datasets in line with project milestones and critical risks.
  • Monitor and address anomalies identified during the testing process.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee client commitments are met.

Documentation and Training:

  • Prepare high-quality functional documentation to support client delivery.
  • Draft technical and process-related documentation to ensure clarity and precision.
  • Contribute to the creation of user training materials to enhance knowledge transfer.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions to solidify learning outcomes.

Commercial Support:

  • Participate in pre-sales activities for clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions that showcase our capabilities.
  • Support commercial teams in preparing demos and showcasing our expertise.
  • Provide expert technical and functional support to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
