Senior Contract Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to fill a key contract management position. This role requires strong knowledge and experience in contract lifecycle management, inventory management, and trade logistics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract creation, negotiation, and execution across various industries and geographies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and their impact on trade and logistics.
  • Familiarize yourself with Bill of Lading (BL) and its role in shipping, ownership, and trade.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6-12 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
