We are seeking a results-driven Trade Development Manager to play a key role in driving our mission to build a transparent and scalable trade network connecting reliable producers to global buyers.


About the Role:
  • Nurture buyer leads passed from outreach teams.
  • Understand trade requirements, volume needs, and timelines.
  • Presents matching supplier options, negotiates terms and pricing.
  • Closes deals and hands over logistics details to procurement teams.
  • Maintains buyer relationships for repeat business and expansion.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in agri, export/import or logistics. They must possess excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, be goal-oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding targets, and have a strong understanding of commodity trading processes.

Key areas include:


  • Negotiating trade agreements and ensuring timely delivery
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and buyers
  • Managing logistics and ensuring smooth operations
  • Meeting sales targets and expanding customer base

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trade development or sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
