Job Summary

The Regional Human Resources Director will lead and oversee the development of human resources strategies across multiple locations, requiring expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Guiding Management and Teams: Guide management and teams on best practices in HR.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent across roles.
  • Onboarding Programs: Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Career Development: Build and manage career development frameworks, including training and mentorship initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and inclusion.
  • Employee Concerns: Address employee concerns with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Engagement Surveys: Conduct regular engagement surveys and design initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records
Qualifications Required
  • Proven experience in HR management (regional or multi-location preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote-first environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRP).
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or tech-driven industries.
  • Background in change management and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and analytics.
