Position Overview

Mithila Institute of Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Principal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take on a leadership role in shaping the academic direction of our institution.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹6,60,000 - ₹8,16,000 CTC

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership in curriculum development and academic excellence. They will ensure adherence to educational standards and foster an innovative learning environment. This includes supervising academic departments, monitoring student outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards in teaching, learning, and research.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the institute efficiently
  • Develop and implement institutional policies in line with the vision of the institution
  • Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and external partners
  • Promote partnerships with industries, academia, and government organizations

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline and at least 10 years of teaching, research, and/or industrial experience. At least 5 years of experience at a leadership level is also required. Strong leadership, administrative, and decision-making skills are essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
