The salary for this position ranges from ₹6,60,000 to ₹8,16,000 CTC per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

As the Principal, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership in curriculum development and academic excellence. Your key responsibilities include:

• Academic Leadership: Ensure adherence to educational standards, foster an innovative learning environment, and provide guidance to faculty and staff.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, develop institutional policies, and ensure seamless coordination among departments.
• Overseeing the Institution: Supervise academic departments, monitor student outcomes, and institutional progress.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain highest standards in teaching, learning, and research, and implement processes for continuous improvement and accreditation compliance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Build effective communication channels between stakeholders, foster partnerships with industries, academia, and government organizations, and inspire teams through leadership and management skills.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of teaching, research, and/or industrial experience.
• At least 5 years of experience at a leadership level.
• Strong leadership, administrative, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
