Position: Principal Location:  Mithila Institute of Management, Madhubani, Bihar
Salary Range:  ₹6,60,000 - ₹8,16,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities Academic Leadership
Provide visionary leadership in curriculum development and academic excellence.
Ensure adherence to educational standards and foster an innovative learning environment.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the institute efficiently.
Develop and implement institutional policies in line with the vision of the institution.
Overseeing the Institution
Supervise academic departments and ensure seamless coordination among faculty and staff.
Monitor student outcomes and institutional progress.
Quality Assurance
Maintain the highest standards in teaching, learning, and research.
Implement processes for continuous improvement and accreditation compliance.
Collaboration & Communication
Build effective communication channels between stakeholders, including faculty, students, and external partners.
Foster partnerships with industries, academia, and government organizations.
Leadership and Management Skills
Inspire, mentor, and guide the academic and administrative teams.
Promote a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications Academic Requirements :
A Ph. D. in a relevant discipline.
Experience :
A minimum of  10 years  of teaching, research, and/or industrial experience.
At least  5 years  of experience at a leadership level.
Skills :
Strong leadership, administrative, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
