Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at the Mithila Institute in Madhubani. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment & staffing, HR administration, employee relations, training and development, responding to Apex Bodies/Universities and Record Maintenance.


Qualifications


  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Communications Skills (Fluent in Hindi & English - Written & Verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
