*Job Title: Door-to-Door Kotak Account Opening Representative*

*Job Profile:*

As a Door-to-Door Kotak Account Opening Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers in person and facilitate the seamless opening of Kotak Mahindra Bank accounts. This role involves direct interaction with individuals and businesses within designated areas to promote financial services and enhance customer acquisition for Kotak Mahindra Bank.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Prospecting:* Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned geographical area to generate interest in Kotak Mahindra Bank's account offerings.

2. *Product Knowledge:* Maintain a thorough understanding of Kotak Mahindra Bank's various account products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and address customer queries.

3. *Customer Education:* Educate potential customers on the advantages of opening a Kotak Mahindra Bank account, emphasizing convenience, security, and a wide range of banking services.

4. *Documentation Assistance:* Assist customers in completing the necessary paperwork and documentation required for opening a Kotak Mahindra Bank account, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

5. *Relationship Building:* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and providing ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.

6. *Sales Targets:* Meet or exceed set targets for Kotak Mahindra Bank account openings, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.

7. *Market Feedback:* Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competition, contributing to strategic decision-making.

*Qualifications:*
- Minimum of a 10+

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
