Risk Management Expert Wanted

Job Description:
  We are seeking a Risk Management Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing historical loan data to understand default patterns, applying statistical tools to assess risks and develop detailed evaluations, creating risk dashboards for management, highlighting key parameters, developing rating models/scorecards for retail and corporate loans based on historical data, coordinating with stakeholders for model implementation and database maintenance, collaborating with the IT team to automate credit approval processes, and preparing regular credit risk reports for Board meetings and management committees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze historical loan data to understand default patterns and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Apply statistical tools to assess risks and develop detailed evaluations to inform business decisions.
  3. Create risk dashboards for management, highlighting key parameters and providing insights into risk exposure.
  4. Develop rating models/scorecards for retail and corporate loans based on historical data to ensure accurate risk assessment.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders for model implementation and database maintenance to ensure seamless integration.
  6. Collaborate with the IT team to automate credit approval processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Prepare regular credit risk reports for Board meetings and management committees to keep stakeholders informed.
