Third-Party Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Third-Party Risk Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing vendor risk assessments, monitoring third-party relationships, and utilizing GRC platforms to track and report on vendor risks. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to remediate identified risks and ensure proper risk mitigation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vendor risk assessments and due diligence as part of the third-party onboarding process.
  • Monitor and analyze third-party relationships to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize GRC tools such as Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar platforms to track, assess, and report on vendor risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate identified risks and develop effective risk mitigation plans.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards highlighting risk metrics and compliance status.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the TPRM framework, policies, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in TPRM, Vendor Risk Management, or GRC roles.
  • Knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, etc., is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC tools such as Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess vendor controls, contracts, and compliance posture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
