Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Professional to lead high-performing teams and drive growth. This role requires a strong focus on execution, data-driven decision making, and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of project execution, including financial management
  • Optimize existing projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Manage general operations, including daily execution, process improvement, progress tracking, issue resolution, and regular reporting
  • Analyze training needs and provide development opportunities
  • Collect feedback, resolve issues, and monitor team performance to achieve key results
  • Mentor and motivate the workforce, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
  • Run pilot projects and suggest improvements in processes at every level
  • Set goals, KPIs, and targets for team members

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing operational teams
  • Proven ability to drive controlled operational metrics
  • Strong process orientation and business acumen
  • Excellent people management, team building, and program management skills
  • Inclined to do high-quality work in a dynamic environment
  • Higher than normal sense of ownership with a bias for action
  • Relevant educational qualification
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (English)
