Role: Transformation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and self-directed professional to drive operational excellence in our clients' businesses. As a Transformation Expert, you will work closely with our team to analyze complex operational challenges and develop effective improvement plans.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading process capacity and utilization modeling initiatives
  • Conducting bottleneck analysis and waste reduction studies
  • Developing and implementing warehouse restructuring strategies
  • Creating key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency
  • Identifying and addressing root causes of operational issues
  • Working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of leadership and management experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in STEM, Operations, or Business
  • Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: discrete manufacturing, project management, process automation, continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel to support client needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt is a plus) and methodologies including but not limited to Kaizen methods, JIT, Kanban, SMED, 5S, Poka Yoke, Visual Workplace, and VSM
  • Experience in management consulting, large-scale change management, or turnaround and restructurings
  • Direct operating experience with P&L accountability
  • International work experience
