Job Title: Project Management Director - Operational Excellence
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Project Management Director to lead our operational excellence initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve strategic objectives and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success against established goals.
- Education: MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools is preferred.
- Experience: 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, structured thought process, and strong analytical ability are required.
- Leadership: People management skills with direct team reporting in past roles are essential.
